This is where we do a few things based on your custom plan but the building blocks are based on your production goals, reduce feed and grocery waste, create income pathways (if desired) and set realistic timelines you can actually meet.
3. IMPLEMENT WITH SUPPORT

We are first generation farmers (Andy & Morgan Cole) building a life root in intention, resilience, and real food. We exist to help cottage farmers and hobby homesteaders cut their feed and grocery bills, grow what matters, and move closer to their end foals with burning out or losing the why behind it all.
Through our farm and Built from dirt: Farm school, we serve people who want more than convenience, they want capability. We support families and small farms in learning how to supplement their grocery needs, profit where it makes sense, and create a slower, more mindful way of living that still moves the needle forward.

Who is Cole Canyon Farm consulting for?
We work with individuals, homesteaders, and small to mid-size farms who want to get serious about dairy goats, sheep, and/or greenhouse production. You do not need to be full-time, but you do need to be committed to taking action on a clear plan.
Can you help if I’m just getting started?
Yes. In fact, that’s one of the best times to work together. We can help you avoid expensive infrastructure mistakes, choose the right breeds and stocking levels, and design a setup that matches your time, land, and budget.
Do you offer on-farm visits or only Zoom calls?
We primarily work via Zoom so we can support farms across the country. In-person visits may be available in select regions on a case-by-case basis—mention this in your intake form and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
What makes your courses different from free content online?
Every course is structured as a repeatable system with checklists, templates, and real numbers from working herds and greenhouses. Instead of random tips, you get a start-to-finish path you can follow and reuse every season.
How do I know if I should book consulting or start with a course?
If you want a clear farm-wide plan or have multiple variables to juggle, start with consulting. If your systems are mostly in place and you want deep training in one area—like dairy goats or greenhouse builds—a course is perfect. Not sure? We are more than happy to tell you if we are not a good match and if not if there is anyone we might know or recommend!
