GARDEN VS GROCERY BILL

A simple plan can lead to huge yields.

In our Grow More Spend Less Mini Guide we will touch on how we recommend starting, most people have a dream but it's the clear plan and motivation throughout a long season. Our goal is that your garden gives your grocery bill a run for it's money.

step one

Build a Plan That Fits Your Land

Before you plant anything, you need direction. This section helps you define why you’re gardening, what your household actually eats, and what success looks like for you. When your purpose is clear, every decision becomes easier and cheaper.

step two

Put Your Plan Into Motion

Now it’s time to plant with intention. Just like those labeled seedling trays, you start working the plan you built — organized, purposeful, and tailored to your climate, bandwidth, and goals. No guessing. No wasted money. Just systems that grow.

step three

Harvest Results You Can Taste

This is the payoff. From garden bed to dinner plate, you get a system that feeds you and keeps momentum rolling. A practical, doable plan that turns effort into real results you can enjoy.

Starting a garden can feel overwhelming. April 18th, we will meet on zoom and go over the guide and some common mistakes. There’s a thousand opinions online about soil, seeds, raised beds, fertilizers, and layouts — and most beginners end up wasting time and money before they ever harvest much food.

This guide breaks gardening down into a simple, practical system. The same mindset we use at Cole Canyon Farm while building a working homestead from the ground up.

You don’t need a perfect setup.

You just need a clear plan to start.

Questions, before you plant?

Here’s what other home gardeners usually ask before joining the Garden Planner emails.

Is the mini guide really free?

Yes. The mini guide is completely free for the live zoom and the planner, if you want replays or the live Q&A you will have to upgrade to VIP which cost $50. Later, if you want more support, you can choose to join the paid Full Garden Planning Guide that starts April 18 or you can get 1:1 Consulting.

How much time will this take ?

Plan on 1 hour of class time. Most gardeners like to read once they have gone class and then come back on a quiet evening or weekend morning to actually sketch. You can move faster or slower—there’s no set pace.

Do I need gardening experience?

No. We’ll keep everything beginner-friendly, with suggestions for both brand-new gardeners and those who’ve dabbled before. If you can roughly measure your space and know where the sun hits, you’re ready.

What happens on April 18?

April 18 is when class starts for the Full Mini Garden Planning Guide "Garden Vs Grocery Bill"—a deeper, live-guided version of what you’ll sample in the emails. As an email subscriber, you’ll get early access and a special founding-gardener price.
